Joyful Trees + Pretty Pink Posh Christmas Sale

Hello friends! Pretty Pink Posh is having a sale in their shop, and everything in the Christmas Collection is 15% off! This is the perfect time to get all those holiday crafty goodies you’ve had your eye on. Like the Tree Cover Plate which is so versatile and easy to use. I kept my project simple today – just cardstock and die cutting- but the possibilities are endless. Let’s get started!

Pretty Pink Posh products featured:
Tree Cover Plate
Large Joy Shadow Dies
Cherry Red Pearls

I started by die cutting the cover plate from kraft cardstock and then attached it to a white A2 card base. I saved the trees from the kraft cardstock for another project. Next, I die cut the cover plate multiple times from cardstock in traditional Christmas colors: red, white, and two shades of green. You will end up with more trees than you need, so making multiple cards would be super easy. Then I inlaid these in the kraft cover plate panel, leaving one open so I could add some tiny bulbs. The bulbs are just the negative polka dot pieces from die cutting the trees.

Next, I die cut the large joy from green cardstock and the shadow from white cardstock. I adhered these together and attached it to the card front with foam strips. The final detail was to add a few cherry red pearls.

That completes this joyful tree card that is a snap to create and can easily be customized by changing up the cardstock colors or even using patterned paper. Be sure to head over to the Pretty Pink Posh shop to take advantage of the Christmas Collection Sale. Thanks so much for stopping by today!
