Happy Friday, friends! I have a super easy CAS Valentine card for you today showcasing some of the lovely new things over at Pretty Pink Posh. The focal point of my design is the new Fringe Heart, and I’m thrilled to see it added to the Pretty Pink Posh collection. The fringe adds a fun tactile element that I love, especially when you use tissue paper like I did here.
Before die cutting the fringe layers, I inked the tissue paper with Distress Inks to create custom colors. I chose Spun Sugar, Kitsch Flamingo, and Picked Raspberry and used three layers of tissue paper for each fringe layer.
After assembling the heart, I mounted it on a white background die cut from the new XOXO Pierced Plate. And to finish my design, I added the Love Script die cut from white cardstock and a few clay confetti pieces, all inked with Picked Raspberry Distress Ink. And that completes this clean and simple Valentine card! So easy and easy to customize. Thanks so much for stopping by today.
