Hello! Today I’m sharing an Easter card featuring a sweet cupcake I created using an assortment of new and previously released Pretty Pink Posh products. There’s a cupcake for every season over at Pretty Pink Posh, and I love picking elements from the different sets to customize a cupcake for whatever occasion or holiday is approaching.
Below you’ll find a project-specific supply list and how I used those supplies to create this sweet Easter card. Let’s get started!

PRETTY PINK POSH SUPPLIES
Big Easter Cupcake Dies – cupcake liner
Big Valentine Cupcake Dies – cake & frosting
Grass Border Die
Easter Bucket Addition Dies – jelly beans
Easter Icons Stamp Set – bunny face
Easter Holder Additions Dies – carrot
Umbrella Shaker Dies – eggs
Eyelet Rectangle Dies
Candy Treats Dies – gumdrop and sucker
Love From Afar Dies – banner
Circle Grid Stencil – background
Sentiment Strips: Easter Stamp Set
Hippity Hop Clay Confetti
OTHER SUPPLIES
Assorted pastel cardstock scraps
Distress Inks: Spun Sugar, Scattered Straw, Cracked Pistachio, and Tumbled Glass

Like most cards, I started with the background. After die cutting the Eyelet Rectangle from white cardstock, I masked the edges and then used Scattered Straw Distress Ink to stencil the circle grid. I layered this panel with a piece of yellow cardstock trimmed to fit just behind the eyelets and then mounted everything to an A2 card base.
Next, I die cut all the different elements for my cupcake. I used pastel-colored cardstock, mostly from my scrap bin, and added just a hint of shading to the die cuts with the Distress Inks listed above. I then assembled the cupcake on my background using mostly foam squares.

To finish things up, I heat embossed a sentiment on the banner and the bunny face on the sucker with white embossing powder. I attached these to my design and then added a few finishing details. First I added the confetti on the frosting and then a few highlights and a stitching detail on the sucker with a white gel pen.
Thanks so much for stopping by today to read all about this super sweet Easter card featuring Pretty Pink Posh dies, stamps, stencils, and, of course, embellishments. Happy Easter!
