I started by die-cutting the Scallops Pierced Plate from wheat cardstock and then spattering the panel with thinned white gouache paint. Next, I die-cut and assembled all the elements for the holiday garlands. I used the Christmas Light Garland and greenery from the Wreath Builder Dies as the base and then wove in some red and white cotton twine. Then I embellished the garlands with red berries and small gold stars. I added them to my background panel and finished my card design with the Holly Jolly diecut.
