It’s day one of the Pretty Pink Posh Instagram Hop <\/a>and Giveaway! There’s a new release featuring amazing boy-themed products, like construction vehicles, spaceships, and sports gear. Perfect for all the little boys and even the little girls in your life.

There’s also a $30 giveaway to Pretty Pink Posh <\/a>each day of the hop, June 17th- June 20th. For a chance to win, leave a comment by 6\/24\/2024 on each stop. Winners will be chosen randomly from the comments left on each participating designer\u2019s\u00a0Instagram\u00a0post. Four winners will be announced on the Pretty Pink Posh\u00a0Instagram\u00a0account.\u00a0Plus, when you hop along, you’ll see incredible project inspiration from all the designers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I created a stellar full-panel shaker card to showcase many of the awesome new things from this release, and I had a blast\ud83d\ude09 putting this one together. I started by creating the stenciled background and shaker frame. On a blue A2 card panel, I stenciled both layers of the Layered Shooting Stars Stencil<\/a> with white pigment ink. Then I splattered the panel with Frozen Fog Mica Stain. I let this dry and then die cut the second largest Wonky Stitched Rectangle<\/a> from the panel, creating the frame and the background piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, I attached a piece of acetate to the reverse side of the frame with double-sided tape. Then, I centered and attached the stenciled background panel to another blue A2 card panel. I ran foam tape along the edge of this panel to create a well for the shaker material. I chose the new Stargazing Clay Confetti <\/a>to fill my shaker and then secured my frame to the foam tape. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the shaker component completed, I worked on creating the rest of the elements for the card. I started by die cutting the skyline and the street from the new City Buildings <\/a>set. I chose green cardstock for the skyline and lined the windows with a layer of white cardstock and a layer of vellum. I used black and yellow cardstock for the street die cuts and secured everything to my scene, trimming them to fit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To complete my space scene, I used a no-line coloring technique with Copic markers on images from the new Outer Space Stamp Set<\/a> and die cut them with the coordinating dies<\/a>. Then, I heat embossed a birthday sentiment from the Birthday Scripts Stamp Set <\/a>with white embossing powder on blue cardstock and also die cut that with the coordinating die<\/a>. Before attaching these to my scene, I stamped some smaller sentiments on the acetate with white Stazon ink using sentiments from the Outer Space Stamp Set and the Birthday Scripts set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lastly, I attached everything to the front of my shaker with a combination of liquid adhesive and foam squares. The finishing details were to add white gel pen highlights and Matte Silver Confetti<\/a> to the spaceships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
