Pretty Pink Posh Scallop Box Card and Halloween Corners

Hi friends! Today I’m sharing another inspiration project featuring goodies from the Pretty Pink Posh August 24 Halloween Release. This release is full of spooktacular new products including the adorable Halloween Corners Stamp Set that I paired with the easy to assemble Scallop Box Card for a fun 3D Halloween scene. This card really is easier to put together than you think so lets get started!

My first step was to stamp the images from the Halloween Corners Stamp Set and the moon from the Batty About You Stamp Set with black ink on white cardstock. Then, I colored them with Copic markers before die cutting them with the coordinating dies, here and here. I also did some fussy cutting around the broom and the ghost so the images fit the scene better. And, for a little embellishment to some of the images, I added white gel pen highlights and a touch of sparkle with a glitter pen.

Next, I die cut the elements for the Scallop Box Card. I used black cardstock for the base, and green and teal cardstock for the scallop details. I stenciled the Starry Background Stencil on the teal scallop piece with white stencil paste and attached it to the base for the background. Then I attached the green scallop pieces to the front and inside tab pieces as well as to the sides. I used liquid adhesive to assemble the box card and then attached a portion of the Spooky Fence die cut from brown cardstock to the back of the inside tab. Lastly, I attached the stamped and die cut images to the background and the two tabs and added a white heat embossed sentiment from the Sentiment Strips: Halloween Stamp Set, die cut with one of the Sentiment Strips Dies.
