Pretty Pink Posh Autumn Shaker

Hi friends! Today I’m sharing a super easy autumn shaker featuring some of the latest Pretty Pink Posh products. This card is perfect for the cozy season ahead and comes together quickly. Let’s get started!

My first step was to create the background by stenciling the Fall words on an ivory A2 cardstock panel with Antique Linen Distress Ink. Next, I die cut the largest Eyelet Rectangle, also from ivory cardstock, two times. Then, to create frames, I used a nesting rectangle die to die cut the centers of the rectangles.

To create the shaker window, I sandwiched a piece of acetate cut to size between the eyelet frames and secured everything with liquid adhesive. On the reverse side of the frame, I attached foam strips all along the perimeter. It’s a narrow space between the eyelets and the acetate, so I ended up cutting the foam strips in half, lengthwise, to create skinny strips. Then, I added my shaker material to the center of the stenciled background panel before placing the shaker window over the shaker material, centering it on the panel.

Next, to complete my card, I die cut the Fall Border and the Many Thanks from colored cardstock in warm fall colors and attached them to the front of my shaker window.
