A Winter Shaker with Peach and Piper

Hello! Today I’m sharing another project featuring products from the latest Picket Fence Studios Release, Up, Up, and Away! I used the sweetest little images from the new Peach and Piper: Bad Weather Friends Stamp and Coordinating Dies Set to create an elegant shaker card perfect for sending a winter Hello.

Products featured:
Peach and Piper: Bad Weather Friends Stamp Set
Peach and Piper: Bad Weather Friends Coordinating Dies
On a Cloudy Day Stencil
Swanky Sentiments: Salutations
Swanky Sentiments: Salutations Coordinating Dies
Iridescent Moonshine Sequin Mix
Paper Glaze Velvet Winter Snowfall

I chose a simple shaker construction using nesting arch dies and put all the elements outside of the shaker window. I started with an A2 light gray cardstock panel, die cut the arch, and then stenciled the entire panel using the On a Cloudy Day Stencil and Paper Glaze Velvet in Winter Snowfall. I assembled the shaker, using the lovely Iridescent Moonshine Sequin Mix as the shaker bits and framing out the window with a darker gray arch.

I stamped a few of the images from the Peach and Piper: Bad Weather Friends Set, colored them with Copic markers, and die cut them with the coordinating dies. I attached them to a few snow drifts on the front of the shaker window and added a beautiful scripty Hello stamped and die cut from the Swanky Sentiments: Salutations set. A scattering of a few Iridescent Moonshine Sequins were the finishing details for this elegant winter shaker card.

The project-specific products I used are listed and linked in the description above, and my favorite everyday products can be found here. Thanks so much for stopping by today!

  1. Hi,

This is a total delight. I love the P & P line….but every time I try to order an item from this line, it’s sold out in either the die or the stamp. I won’t buy one w/o the other so I wait. The next time, the reverse is true and the opposite item is out of stock. I guess I’ll keep trying.
