Hello! I’m so glad you stopped by! I decided to create one more card featuring some of the new products from the Waffle Flower September release, and honestly, only because I really wanted to use the Burlap Die! I just love the texture this die gives to a background. I paired the die with more Autumn Branches and the Hey Pumpkin Duo for a cute Halloween card. Take a peek at the supplies I used and then we’ll get started!
SUPPLIES
Waffle Flower Hey Pumpkin Duo Die
Waffle Flower Burlap Die
Waffle Flower Autumn Branch Die
SSS Friendly Ghosts Stamp Set & Coordinating Dies
Lawn Fawn Speckled Eggshell Cardstock
Distress Inks: Gathered Twigs, Walnut Stain, Fossilized Amber, Rusty Hinge, Wild Honey, Crackling Campfire, Forest Moss, Mowed Lawn, Rustic Wilderness, and Antique Linen
Honey Bee Stamps Sweet & Spooky Gems
Hero Arts Cocoa Ink

My first step was to create the background panel. I started with a piece of Speckled Eggshell cardstock trimmed to 4.25 x 5.5 inches and added distressing with Antique Linen and Gathered Twigs inks by blending color around the edges and then spattering the panel. Then I die-cut the Burlap die from more Speckled Eggshell cardstock, lightly distressed it in the same way, and then attached it to the background panel.
Next, I die-cut the rest of the elements for my card design, starting with white cardstock. I added color to the die cuts with Distress Inks and then assembled the pieces. For the details on the die cuts, I added shading to the pumpkin faces with a Copic marker and white gel pen highlights to the pumpkins and the acorns. Then I arranged them on my background panel and secured them with either a liquid adhesive or foam squares if I wanted a little more dimension.

Finally, I stamped the sentiment on more Speckled Eggshell cardstock with Cocoa ink and die-cut it with coordinating die before attaching it to my card front with foam squares. The finishing touch was a scattering of sparkling gems before I attached the card front to a top-fold card base.
Thanks again for stopping by to read about my cute Halloween card design featuring products from Waffle Flower Crafts. Happy crafting!
