Hi friends! Thank you so much for stopping by! Today I’m sharing my first card as part of the Pink & Main design team, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s also release day, so we are having a Release Hop over on IG with tons of inspiration showcasing the latest collection. My card features the new Snow Grateful Stamp Set and the Winter Flurries Embossing Folder, which work perfectly together. Take a peek at the supplies I used and then we’ll get started!

I started this card by creating the embossed panel first. I die-cut a Notched Square from a piece of Seaside cardstock trimmed to 4.25 x 5.5 inches and set the notched square aside while I embossed the negative piece with the Winter Flurries embossing folder. Then I lightly dragged the Kiddie Pool ink pad across the panel to highlight the embossed pattern. I also used the same ink and a large blending brush to lightly blend in some color around the edges of the notched square. Next, I splattered the embossed panel with white splatter medium and attached it to a top-fold card base with foam tape before finally insetting the notched square.
With the panel completed, I got to work on stamping and coloring the images for my winter scene. I chose just the penguins and trees from this adorable set and stamped them with a copic-safe ink before coloring them with my markers. Then I die-cut them with the coordinating dies and added them to my panel. I secured them with either a liquid adhesive or, if they overlapped anything else, I used foam squares.

To wrap things up, I added a few snow flurries that I had leftover from using the Snowflake Flurries Cover Plate on another project and a white heat-embossed sentiment that I die-cut with a coordinating die before attaching it to my card front.
Thanks again for coming by to check out the card I created featuring products from the Pink & Main October collection. Happy crafting!
