Pretty Pink Posh 2026 Holiday Release + Instagram Hop

Hi friends! There is a wonderful new collection over at Pretty Pink Posh, and it’s full of merry wintertime products that will be sure to bring a little whimsy to your holiday crafting. We are celebrating with an IG Hop this week that is filled with product inspiration.

One of my favorite things from this release is the Christmas Mugs die set. I chose to use just this adorable reindeer for my project today, but there is also a jolly Santa mug included in the set too. I paired this cutie with some previously released holiday favorites for a very merry card design. Take a peek at the supplies I used, and then we’ll get started!

OTHER SUPPLIES

SSS Pawsitively Saturated Inks: Cookie, Gingerbread, & Cocoa
Spellbinders Opaque White Splatter Medium

To create the background panel, I started with an A2, 4.25 x 5.5 inch piece of Seaside cardstock. The soft teal color is the perfect backdrop to all the other elements. I stenciled the panel with two of my recent favorite layering stencils using oxide inks. First I stenciled the Windowpane Plaid pattern, and then I stenciled the star and tree layer from the Layered Holiday Sprinkle Mix over the plaid. I finished the background panel by die-cutting it with the Checkered Pierced Plate and giving it a splatter of white using a fan brush and white splatter medium.

Other than the white elements in my card design, I started with colored cardstock for my die-cuts. Spellbinders Fawn cardstock is one of my favorite colors, and it’s perfect for critters like this reindeer. To create some definition and contrast to the reindeer, I darkened some of the pieces and added subtle shading to the others using Gingerbread ink and a blending brush. I chose Cocoa ink for his antlers and mouth and then assembled the pieces, adding Onyx Pearls for his eyes and barely pink cheeks to his sweet face using whatever ink was leftover on my pink blending brush. I attached the mug to my background panel and moved on to the other die-cuts.

I chose sweet and festive elements to fill my reindeer mug: two pink and white candy canes, marshmallows, and a couple of pine sprigs. Around the base of the mug, I tucked in more pine sprigs, a pine cone, a pretty white bow, and an additional sweet treat. I also added a couple of snowflakes and a little steam coming off this warm winter drink.

I chose a simple sentiment heat-embossed with white embossing powder on Teal Topaz cardstock and die-cut it with the coordinating die. To attach the sentiment to my card, I used thin foam strips under the areas that didn’t overlap any other elements and a touch of liquid adhesive where it did. The finishing detail was to add a few sweet clay candy swirls for embellishment, and then my card front was ready for a card base.

Thank you so much for stopping by to read about the very merry card I created using products from Pretty Pink Posh, including the new Christmas Mugs Die Set. Be sure to hop with us all week! 🩷
